Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at jen@amayajadeandco.com. Unless the item was damaged in shipping the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To cancel an order
Please contact us immediately at jen@amayajadeandco.com to cancel your order as once the order has shipped we can not cancel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges or Refunds
If an item is damaged we will exchange or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return you will be refunded on your original payment method which can take up to 7 days depending on your financial institution.
